What a beastly workout! Everybody did so great! Scaled the bar to 65# to focus on quality OHS. Did 2 rope climbs per round then scaled rope pulls from the floor to standing and back down 2 per each remaining rope climb. (Add rope climbs to my long list of things to work on) this one was plenty tough. Thanks Colin and 6am 🤙🏼

Mobility is poop. Trouble supporting more than 95# in a snatch grip while squatting.

75# – hit the time cap of 30 minutes with 4 PJ out of 9 done.
Better scaling for a skinny, asthmatic old man on a hot, smoky day would be 75# and skip the round of 27.

95lbs for OHS and Push jerks, rope climbs were touches to tape at the bottom of the top of the rope
