30 snatch for time – 135#/95#

At home in the basement with Drill Sgt. Karen.
Have always used 85# but last time I was close to the limits of how fast I can move (2:45).
Tried 95#.


Will be using 95# from now on.

First time doing this workout, tough one!!!
