Part A at home:
Up to 35#. Half a rep at 43#. Had my 6 year old on my back.
5k run.

A1. Up to 23#, got my nose over the bar with #24, but couldn’t quite get my chin over
Did ring dips instead of box jumps to save my injured hamstring. 8×5 reps strict.

A1: worked up to 2pd, came close with 2pd + 5lbs
A2: up to 42”

A1: did a couple unassisted strict, then 1 with the skinny purple band and 2.5#.
A2: up to 30″ then my brain go in the way. Stupid brain.

Got 55 Failed at 60lbs
A2 – back fired up – so stopped box jumps

A1: managed a pronated with red band and a supernated with a skinny purple……….then it was back down to a red with added weight, Managed + 3.75lbs, pleased with this
A2: only up to 27″ to much of a head game for me, prefer these in higher volume groups (5’s) so I can get used to the height

A1: worked up to 20#. I attempted this twice, the first time I kicked my legs to get my chin over, redid it to a legit strict pull up. First time ever with weight. Not gonna lie, I felt bad ass wearing that belt with the chain.

A2: 34.5 inches….I dislike these, but the 10 am class made it fun so it wasn’t so bad.

A1) supinated up to 2 pood, pronated 2 pood +5 (75#)
A2) up to 3×45+10, couldn’t conquer the fear factor today.
