Nice looking front squat Jen, I especially like your thoracic extension in the view. Now just keep those elbows high in the bottom. Sweet!
This was a fun WOD. The inverted rings were more fun and less scary than I thought they would be (I had visions of pile-drivers from 5 feet off the ground).

Then had a thrilling game of dodgeball with team blue ball. After a back and forth game we were defeated by the narrowest of margins. I had a blast anyways and I a lm sure someone else will give more vivid breakdown.
