As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 25 minutes of:

50 ft. single leg hop, left
50 ft. single leg hop, right
25 Wallballs
50 ft. Handstand Walk
25 Toes to Rings

3 rounds-started with T2 rings & finished with HS last 4 mins was practicing away from the wall(thought that would be safer this morning haha) rest of HS was on wall shifting from hand to hand.

Started with wallballs – 4 rounds + 8 wallballs. For HS walks, practiced free holds on and off the wall for 2 min each round. Well done 7AM, thanks Colin!


6 rounds + 100 + 4 WB.
Handstand walks suffered more than they ever have. Lack of practise and combo of movements to blame.


4 rounds + 50/50/25/50/2. Still working on staying vertical on the HS walks – broke about 5-8 times per 50ft.

4 rounds + 50/50 + 25 + 2 wall walks
Did dowel supported HS walk for the first 25 feet and then switched over to wall walks for rest (3 per round).

4 rounds but scaled the heck out of this thing…T2R (20/10/5/3…grip strength failed). HS walk was the recommended 32 shoulder touches off the box. WBs were @ 20#. Thanks Colin and great work 6am!!!


WB – 20# to the 9′

3 rounds + SLH + 11 WB
HSW were sets of 10′ – 15′ typically. Best set was about 20′.


Did 20 t2r and 5 ring inverts per round, did mostly attempts/practice hand stand walks.

Used an 18lb ball, probably should have gone lighter. Everything else rx’ed.
