Just tried to keep a good pace, not too hard, not too easy, just right! I moved through the sets somewhat slowly but unbroken, except round 4 (40/10) and 5 (35/15) of KB swings. First round in 4:30 and managed to keep the average just under 5:00.

Happy with this As was mostly able to keep my pace. Worked on not taking breaks and transitioning right away to the next movement.

43:07…. little bummed at that time but I hated it and still finished so I’ve got that going for me. Kettle bells were my slowest for sure. Almost falling over when I got home so I guess it was a good one!

Rx’d except for K2E which were knees to triceps until the last round when I tore and did strict knee raises.

Guess I was having some math issues in my post. Split the 40 KB swings into 30/10 round 4 and 25/15 round 5.
