Got a little too spicy at the end, failed my 6th snatch in the last set, trying to go sub 10:00.

Decided to slow g it out rather than scale as my weakness is volume.
HSPU: 6/3/3/3/3/3, 2/1/1… singles from there
Snatch: All singles except a set of 3 going into round of 9.

Lost 10# in sweat. River of denial between the barbell and the wall!
