C. 1:10, I would have made sub 1:10, but had to run out on the road to get around peeps at the crosswalk.
B. 4:23, set of 15, then 5’s.
D. 27s
But I took 50 minutes longer than everyone else.

This day was more of a come in and move day.
A) did for ascents not focusing on time (around3:30)
B)no idea on the time, hit 27 unbroken, then sets of 5 to 1 from there. Completely lost it.
C) too smokey 🙄🙄
D) 18 seconds on the bike. Bet could get it to 15 seconds if your feet could clip in 😂
E) still recovering from the bike, did 45 Russian

A.2:10. I guess I’m not bad at peg boards, but I dropped before the bottom on the last one

B. I did 100 DU for time(48s) then worked on triples…kind of
D. I did the puke bike. I thought the time was Cals. So I stopped at 30s but was at 25 cal. Had to start back up and well…I didn’t look at my time. 40ish?
