Crap, just wanted to stay under 3:00.
Math skills suffered again, total working time from above was 13:19, but I finished at 25:26, so there is a 7s discrepancy somewhere………?


This was a total gong show the last time I did it, went way to fast and didn’t scale appropriately, because this isn’t many reps, right?!

This time was a bit smarter, aimed for consistency in the rnds
4.19/4:28/4:30/5:01/4:04
10 RR (4/3/3), 15 PU from knees (5/5/5 x2, 5/5/3/2 x3), 30 SU (15 anchored with ab mat, 15 butterflied to save hip flexors) and 40 squats (15/15x 3, 15/13/12 x2)
Next time would aim to make RR and PU a bit harder and increase reps on SU and squats

Finished in 42:00 total time. Scaled pullups to 10 strict 9 finger pull ups.

Then stuck around to “encourage” the Gregger….


Did 4 rounds ! Can’t remember my time
Put my Dumbbells under my pull up and jump down on it ! Now I’m icing my lovely cankle !

5:04 – 8:25 – 8:47 – most of the time increase was in the push-ups
WT for 3 rnds – 22:16
Last time doing this in 2014 for 5 rounds the first three took 24:49


managed to hang in for 4 rounds – had to give up 10 Pushups in round 3 & 4.
78 Pullups in I tore pretty good, so just in time.
