2018 CrossFit Lift Off Event #3

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
25 pull-ups
50-calorie row
100 overhead squats
50 box jumps
25 pull-ups

7 pull ups short of a round. Kinda not happy about that, didn’t really pay attention to rep scheme well enough to push myself in the right places.

Used Assault bike as all the rowers in use. Forgot to adjust the seat …felt like a circus clown riding a tricycle.

Okay so I totally read this wrong and went right into the row after my final set of pull-ups 🤦🏻‍♀️
So finished one round + the skipped the pull-ups and did a 6 cal row

Made it 30 reps into the box jumps. Made good time on the first set of PUs and the row but OHS took a lot longer than I would have liked.
