Re did “fat Amy” 20:43 compared to 21:03 last time
50squats
10 burpees
40SU
10 burpees
30 lunges
10 burpees
20 KBS
10 burpees
10 width of Bear crawl (subbed RR)
Then back up the ladder
Difference this time did 10 ring rows instead of PU’s and used .7PD KB instead of a 1, but that is largely due to wrist. Did full burpees this time instead of the 2007 version or what are commonly known as “spartan burpees” these days (shoulder issue last time)

135/155/165/175/185, FX3. Simply out of gas when it came to my sets with 185, after the first snatch, when I went to hang snatch I was exhausted. Needed more sleep, silly night shift, and some food. Guess that is what happens when you are covering open gym, but didn’t know until 5 minutes before, UNPREPARED. Still had a great time with everyone today. Open gym is fun.
