I perfected a new running technique of shaking your shoulders while running. I’m pretty sure those driving by were wondering who the girl having a seizure, while running, was………
First class in forever and it was fun times!!!

23:21 Scaled to 60# for push jerk…definitely a challenging enough weight for today. Runs felt slow…wish I liked running more but I don’t, oh well. Nice to have Ali & Blaine join us this morning. Great job, everyone and thanks, Evan :)

Did OHS today instead as I missed them on Saturday.

24:17 62lb’s. Very hard on the wrists…otherwise I believe I could go heavier.

did a couple of push jerks with 145 in the warm up but had trouble controlling the lowering of the weight so I scaled to 135 for the workout
