Could not get on a pull-up bar at the gym I was at so had to skip the knees to elbows.
Med Ball cleans = 10/10/9/10/10/8/8/9
Push-ups(sucked)=12/10/6/7/7/6/6/4
KB swings = 11/12/13/10/10/10/8/10
Guess I had my grumpy face on…. inside and out!
