I did exactly what I wanted to do …

Thanks Colin!

95,95,135,135,110,110…form
Thanks Colin

52,62,72(f),72(f), 62, 68
After learning that I wasn’t popping my hips enough at the start of this, by the time I got to, for me, a heavier weight I discovered that I’m trying to get the bar all the way to my shoulders before I drop underneath it! Needless to say rest of time spent practicing at lower weight
Thanks Todd for enlightening me and all the other great tips and feed back. Thanks Sue for your encouragement and also to Krista the voice of approval from afar…….at least I know I got one right 🙂
Lastly I apologies for the weather……….changed out my tires on the car today…….happens every year!

165/185/195/205/215/225 New PR by I don’t know how much…

Thanks Colin!

Great pic Janice!!
Worked my way up to 2×93 1×98
Way to lift 9:30 crew…Lori you were on FIRE!
Great coaching Todd, you always have such awesome advice on technique! Thank you!

Did all of these as squat cleans during open gym.
145-165-185-205-215 (f-1-f)-215

Worked up to 100 X 2. Felt pretty good I definitely could go heavier but I keep avoiding squating down so it looks messy! Need I put some work into my front squat!
Great energy in the gym today!!

Thanks Todd

Worked up to 135 and got 1 rep @ 145.
Still don’t have the confidence to drop under the bar. I know I can go heavier once I improve my technique.
Thanks for coaching Mike.

Worked up to 205# (PR), failed at 215#. The technique is coming along nicely, still few things to correct and improve my flexibility. Thanks for the great coaching Mike!

165/185/205/225/235×1/235×1
Thanks Mike

135/185/205/225/235/245. 265 X 1. 275 X 1 (PR).

Thanks Mark, Ryan and Coach Mike.

Worked on technique. Figured out that my power clean is limited by the pain in my knees when I stop halfway down in a squat, and my squat is limited by my low front squat capabilities. Until I significantly improve one of these my cleans will be stuck where they are.

135/185/205/225/235/245 x 1. Failed on the second attempt at 245 lbs.

Great job Ben. You’re a machine. Thanks Mike.

85/95/100/105/110/115
Thanks Juli and Mike!

155/175/195×1/185/185/195×1

Thanks for partnering Dane and also thinking that we had to do these without letting go of the bar… Nice lifting regardless!
Thanks for coaching Mike!

115/135/155/185/205/215 (failed)/205

Thanks for the class everyone. First time doing cleans with a barbell so I’m happy with my results. Hoping to get that 215 next time!

Worked up to 135lb
Nice lifting tonight Danielle!
Thanks Mike!

55/65/75/85/90/85/95×1 (failed the second one)

Thanks for partnering Erica and thanks for coaching Mike!

up to 185# for a couple of sets, dropped down to work on form
thx for the help Mike

worked up to 123# but failed my second lift. Love lifting days! Thanks Chantal for buddying up with me. Great warm up Mike, loved the tips!

Matt and I did these thinking it was a 2 rep “touch and go”, but it was still a fun work-out!

155/175/195/205/210(f)/210 x1

Thanks Mike!
