Run 400 m

Bench Press - 4-6 reps

Rest 3:00

Coach’s notes:  Post times for all sets of 400 m run and loads and reps for all sets of bench.  Increase load in bench each set if possible.

Bench at 185# for all sets: 6/6/6/6/6

Worked up to 80 lbs all rounds including press around 2:30. I didn’t read the notes either!

All rounds about 2 min. one may have been a bit longer to adjust weights - runs surprisingly felt not bad!

Hmm, I know my overall finish. I did not realize that we were timing the actual runs; would have taken notes. 45 lbs (?) x 6 each set.

Did not do a great job timing the runs. All rounds were around 2:34 and a couple were a little longer.

These felt good tonight, should have started a little heavier.

BP - 135×6 / 145×5 / 150×4 / 150×4ish / 145×5ish (’ish’ meaning I needed help from my spotter)
