As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes of:

5 Clapping Push Ups
10 Triple Unders
15 Pull Ups

12 rounds + 5 PU’s + 5 Triple Unders.
Triple unders have been crappy lately, so decided to go with 5 triple under attempts each round. got 2-4 each round. Practise paid off, managed to get all five unbroken in the last round. Pull-ups stayed unbroken at 15 for all rounds.

10 pull ups . Has a tear , so took my time on the pull ups today

Clapping push ups RX/pull ups kipping.
Did 30 DU’s instead of triples-got 30 DU’s in a row the first round which was awesome for me!
Half way through I started to add 2-4 triple attempts per round.
