A1. first 3 sets supinated, last 3 pronated: 25/30/35/20/20(x4)/17.5(x4)
A2. dealing with a bit of a knee issue so took a pass on the skipping – alternated A1 with bench and strict press from barbell homework

A1. Really busy class, so was not able to complete workout, but managed to squeak in a few sets, 50/60/70/80#, all supinated.
A2. Just practiced a few sets, couldn’t get my groove on though.
