Worked to 45…felt better about this lift today for some reason.
Thanks, Trevor. It was a good WOD. Glad to see it wasn’t another pesky met-con.


Worked up to 64.5# and ran out of time. Should have started with more weight, but it went better today than I had anticipated.

Thanks Trevor! It was fun to finally be at a 9:30 AM class.


Worked up to 45. First snatch workout since I hurt my shoulder, so felt a little tentative. Work on more weight next time!

Just couldn’t get good form today. Mostly just practiced with 32 lbs and a dowel in-between.

Was feeling the effects of Barbara today so wasn’t super powerful. Compensated by dropping as quickly as possible. Thanks Trevor. Nice job 9:30 class, Renee you did great!

Dropped back down to 75 and worked at getting comfortable dropping further under the bar. 3 more sets at that weight.

Thanks Chels… I worked up to 72# which is 8# less my PR, but I just wasn’t feeling it today. I too was feeling the affects of Barbara.

Did DJs class after:

1push jerk

4sets:125/135/145/155

For time: 50 load to overhead @ 115#with 10 burpees every time you put the weight down

Time: 9:30 + 40 burpees (15, 10, 10, 10, 5)
