Pleased with this and sure I can do more, but I’m just such a baby and only go up in small increments from 37 (so 2.5lbs a time!)……..I just need to grow a pair!!

10# PR. Am finally getting the feel of the 2nd and 3rd pull πŸ™‚ Was an ugly final lift so I dropped weight and did a bunch of single reps with better form to end the class.

Worked up to 175# in open gym.


A) 30 min EMOM
Min 1 15 cal row
Min 2 10 cal assault bike
Min 3 15 burpees
B) every 2 min for 10 min 7 OHS
95/115/135/145/155×6/ got a little angry and did another set got 155×7 depth was a little sketchy but I’ll take it.
C) alt 12 min EMOM
5 strict pull-ups (switch up grip every time)
5 strict ring dips

Did 95# over and over and over again.


Worked up to 85lbs and stayed with that for a number of lifts. Then tried 90lbs and failed 4 times.
