Frustrating day. Back felt fine, but struggled getting the weight off the floor. Only got up to 168#, far off my 1RM.

Been a loooong time since I tested this as well.

475 is technically a 50#PR but it’s been almost 2 years since going for a true max.

Really wanted into the legit 500 club tonight instead of my top-to-top but alas, not today. Got it up about an inch but just couldn’t move it any further. Still two months left to achieve this goal! Going to post video on facebook.

Played with 485lbs this evening. Still messed up from Murph
One set of 1 rep / 1 min rest / 1 rep
Next set I ended up feeling better and went for 3 reps touch ‘n’ go
Then failed last lift. Oh well.

CFC is creating monsters. Lots of impressive lifts tonight!
