A.  Back Squat – 6, 6, 6, 6, 6

B.  Alternate strict ring inverts (5-8) with superman holds (45s) X 3 each, rest 60s between.

B. Could get inverted off the floor but couldn’t come down and get back up without touching the floor again. Fun one.

B: As rx’d, 8 inverts per round, all straight-legged in first round, down to 5 straight + 3 curl-ups in 3rd round.
