A. Single Leg DB Split Squat - 8-12 reps @3010 x 4 sets, rest 2:00 after both legs

B1. GHD Sit up - 15-20 reps x 4 sets, rest 90 seocnds
B2. GHD Raise - 15-20 reps x 4 sets, rest 90 seconds
Coach’s notes: Post loads for all sets in A and reps/set for B1 and B2.

B1. only did 12 of each bc GHD sits up scare the sh*t out of me…

B1. 12/12/12/12 Ths was my first time doing GHD sit ups used the time to get comfortable with te movement.
B2. 15/15/12/12 still working on this movement also, but they are getting better.

A - 20#/hand for all sets. Think I had my back foot resting too high for the first two sets.
B1 - ~15/round to horizontal only. First time doing this movement at all.. I usually scale to ab-mat situps or some such thing. These felt pretty good though. Guess I’ll add “Rx’d GHD situp” to my goals for the year
B2 - ~15/round. Needed a bit of a push off the handles on the last few in each set. Better than they’ve been in the past though.
