14 KB Swings – 2.0/1.5 pood

21 Squats

Back was feeling pretty good so did a modified version of this in the backyard.
Subbed sit ups for k2e and used 35lb db for kbs
11 rds + 7 sit-ups


5 x 400 m swim 2 min rest between sets. average 6:30-7:30

12rds + 7+ 14+ 12 squats as rx’d. Everything UB, squats were pretty slow. Did a 28 minute run this afternoon. Loving the warm weather. Thanks Michelle and Mike. Great job 9am class.


5 rounds than the hand ripped. Subbed in 14 squats 14 push ups and 21 squats for next 6 rounds.

KB’s were the toughest. Used 1.25 pood. Body was definitely tired today.
