A.  Push Jerk – 2 reps x 6 sets, rest 2:00

B1.  GHD Raise – 10-15 reps x 4 sets, rest 90 seconds

B2.  Clap Push-ups – 10-15 reps x 4 sets, rest 90 seconds

Coach’s notes:  Post load for A and reps for B1 and B2 to comments.

A: 65/85/100/105/95/95- dropped in weight because I truly suck at this lift and to be honest I don’t really care for it but, with more practice I’m sure I’ll just love it soon. I need to stop push pressing the weight and work on dropping my butt down.
B1:10/10/10/10- I did these as slowly as I could. Doing it slow is significantly harder.
B2:10/10/10/8- tough

A. Started with 32 lbs and did one set of 42 lbs.
B. Just worked on GHD’s. Did 5 reps of assisted raises. – Thanks for spotting Todd!
C. Did 3 sets of 5 scaled clapping push ups.

TT Homework at sister’s place
A) Deadlift 135/225/230/235/240×2…slick bar and no chalk makes a big difference
B) Pullups 5/4/4/3/3 no weight

A) Stuck to practicing this at 62#.
B) 12/12/11/11 loved these today!
C) This was just hilarious. I eventually managed one clapping push up (from my knees) and did sets of regular push ups (knees) for the rest of it.

A. Only did 3 sets- up to 125 (awful headache)
B1. 15×3 rounds1,2 tempo 3 count up&down, round 3 fast, round 4 purple band 10
B2. 15×4 all 12-3 *last few were always the killer! Rattled chin off floor a few times!
