Last day deloading and I’m SO ready to go heavy again.
Wanted to work on some light cleans so did a squat clean/pj/sj complex up to 55#.
Took away a lot from today. Michelle and Josh, thank you SO much for the awesome cues and feedback.

Really pleased with this as it is a 25# PR for a single…,,
Still loads to work on though as last 2 were pressed out a bit, so need to work on getting under that bar (for this and split jerk)

In Colorado Springs tonight, at Crossfit SoCo.
2 Rounds:
25 Russian KB Swings 28kg
200m run
25 KB Thrusters 24kg (single arm, total reps)
200m run
25 Pull-Ups
200m run
Body drags (3 x width of gym)
17:50 hard to catch my breath at 6000ft elevation.

A) Modified the WOD to going every 1:30 for 10rds adding 10lbs each time. Worked up to 235lbs.

B) 5 rds for time (25min time cap)
20 50ft shuttle runs
20 deadlift at 145lbs
20 Push Ups
Completed in 18:21

C) AMRAP in 10mins
Max set of Muscle Ups, then in to 1:00min Front Bridge. Rest as needed.
5/3/4/2 for muscle up sets. Felt effortless for most reps.
