B. Worked to 155#…pretty wobbly on the split jerk so I didn’t attempt anything higher)

B: 135 was easy. Got 145 but only with a failed split jerk that I caught in the rack position and tried a second time. Then did 140.


A. 16″ above my fingertips
B. Worked up to 105. Push jerk was at my max.
