A1.  Skin the cat – 5 reps X 5 sets, rest 60-90s

Notes:  Control your movement throughout, i.e. no kipping

A2.  Strict Chest to Bar – 5 reps X 5 sets, rest 60-90s

Notes:  Add weight if needed.

B.  Squat “Grace”

30 Squat Clean and Jerk – 135#/95#

A2. Body weight – 3 sets – harder to get chest to touch with pronated grip

A1. Worked in sets of 3’s, too dizzy for 5’s.
A2. BW pronated/15# supinated/25# sup./25# sup./BW pronated.

B. Did not go as planned, dropped all reps, but my scrawny legs were too tired today. By rep 15 I was in trouble. 5:06.

Open Gym.
Modified version of today’s WOD as wasn’t feeling great.
1. EMOM for 5 minutes 6 C&J’s @ 115#
2. Felt guilty not don’t squat C&J’s in #1, so did 30 squat C&J’s at 115#. Didn’t keep track of time.
3. 5×5 strict chest to bar pull-ups rx’d.
4. 2 x skin the cat, got dizzy and stopped. Head wasn’t right today, and no it was not from Stampede!

A1: As rx’d – straight-legged to start, curled up more as reps and sets wore on.
A2: As rx’d – a few doubles but mostly singles.
B: 95# (usually do non-squat Grace at 110#) – 6:22
