20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull – 95#/65#
20 Hand Release Push-ups
Then, with no rest, Alternate Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes:
40 Double Unders
40 Squats
75# SDLHP + PU rounds were 15/15/12/10/10
Skips and Squats were the same all rounds -> 80 singles + 25 squats
