Alternate Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes:

20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull – 95#/65#
20 Hand Release Push-ups

Then, with no rest, Alternate Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes:

40 Double Unders
40 Squats

Skips and Squats were the same all rounds -> 80 singles + 25 squats
