Considering I wasn’t feeling that strong today I am pretty happy with this (I think it was the earrings I was wearing). Strangely enough 162 felt better then 152! Thanks Gord.

90% of 1RM Split Jerk = 175#
Did it 10 times every 2 min
Then lots of work on shoulder press, push press and push jerks combined with box jumps.
50 minutes of intense work. Legs and shoulders were fried.
1 mile run as well, 1 to go to get the challenge done. Hard to believe is almost over!
