Got to 285# which is a 20# PR.
I’m having a good month with PR’s in almost all of the Strength movements.

A2) 8 each round, don’t think I can qualify them as strict
A3) 20” for 8. And then test my max, up to 24.5

A3: 14″, 14″, 14″, 17″, 17″

A1. 15/17.5/20/22.5/25 for 7 reps
A2. 8 per round. Worked on getting legs as high as possible. All reps were above parallel and quite a few were getting 3/4 of the way there.
A3. Worked up to 14″.
