Did yesterday’s WOD in open gym and posted there.


12:35 using 135lbs for DL and green/blue band for HSPU’s. I changed the bands to blue/blue but I knew I couldn’t sustain that so I went back to my original combination.


8:51- DL as rx’d and HSPU scaled to lowers to two ab pillows. Everything felt hard today after a very long week, but super happy to have made it in to move at least.

This was a pretty good scaling to keep this WOD moving


10 days in Hawaii doing nothing more than putting my speedo on and lifting pina colada’s to my lips…9:30ish. 2 mins and 16 seconds longer than last time, but felt good to be doing something more than nothing ;) Thanks Chantal, great coaching as always! Good job everyone in the 5pm class.

Hey Trev, if that’s how you prepare for Diane and still pull off a 9:30 time, I might have to consider your Hawaiian training regimen! :)

420: 225lb deadlift but I did an inverted hspu with my feet on a box.


9:42 DL as rx’d approx half hspu as rx’d then lowers to floor just couldn’t push up out of bottom :( 21/11 rx’d, 10 lowers, 15/7,8 lowers, 9/1,8 lowers arms done!
