I use too much arms in my rowing which then made me precipitously fall from Round 1 and started a vicious circle — it hurt my BP which hurt my row…

Think I went too hard on the row. I had so much lactic acid build up in my legs I thought I was going to pass out! Stopped after 4 rounds. :(

I gotta say this one went better then I thought, the rows and bench presses were pretty consistent. Although I think my arms and chest are planning a mutiny lol.

Scaled to 105 on the bench as last week’s MU’s are not sitting well with the shoulder.at.all. Still coming out of the sick so didn’t try to kill it today, uncomfortable but not beyond.
