Adult CrossFit Classes
CrossFit Calgary currently offers 28 adult group CrossFit classes a week (schedule). These classes are 1 hour and are coached by a certified CrossFit instructor. Think of it like personal training in a motivational community environment. These 1 hour classes consist of a warm up, exercise instruction, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).
Membership includes unlimited access to any of the scheduled classes.
Adult:
Drop in: $25/visit (drop-in fees are cash only to expedite registration). The drop-in fee is discounted to $15/visit for visitors from out of town who are members of another CrossFit Affiliate
$150/month (includes 12 consecutive month commitment)
$175/month (includes 6 consecutive month commitment)
$225/month (pay as you go)
Student:
Drop in $25/visit (drop-in fees are cash only to expedite registration)
$150/month for a 3 month student membership (must provide valid student ID card)
Youth (ages 13-18 years)*:
Drop-in $25/visit (drop-in fees are cash only to expedite registration)
$85/month for a 3 month youth membership
*Prior approval from Coach needed for Youth to attend Adult classes
All new members are required to attend a Foundations session. For drop-in participants there is a maximum of three drop-ins allowed before a Foundations class must be attended. The cost of Foundations is $75 per person for a 75-90 minute session. Contact admin@crossfitcalgary.ca to register.

Intro to CrossFit
This is THE program for those wishing to try CrossFit in a small group environment with a focus on basic movements and fundamentals. All adults of any fitness and experience level are welcome- no prior fitness experience or conditioning is necessary. Trained individuals, fitness instructors, or anyone looking to increase their knowledge of CrossFit will benefit from this program. Attending this program will satisfy the “Foundations Session” requirement we have of all new members attending our regular adult CrossFit classes.
Classes will meet twice a week and will be instructed by a CrossFit certified instructor. The 1 hour classes will consist of a warm-up, technical movement instruction and practice, and a CrossFit workout designed for your ability level which you will do at your own pace.
You will be taught the proper way to do bodyweight movements like the squat, push-up, sit-up and pull-up. In addition you will learn how to safely and effectively add weight to movements with a barbell, dumb bells, kettlebells, medicine balls etc. You will be properly introduced to technical lifts like the shoulder press and push press, back squat, front squat and Olympic lifts including the Clean & Jerk.
The program repeats each month.
September Program Session:
Saturday 12:30 to 1:30pm- September 4, 11, 18, 25
Thursdays 8 to 9pm- September 9, 16, 23, 30
$120 + gst for the 8 session program.

CrossFit Calgary Outdoors - Spring/Summer

Spring Session:
Where: Crescent Heights Park
When: Every Tuesday starting May 11 for 10 weeks
Time: 2 classes available: 6pm and 7pm- You must sign-up for a class time and attend only that class time throughout the session.
Cost: $125 + gst
Registration is closed, please sign-up for the Summer session- see below.
Summer Session:
Where: Crescent Heights Park
When: Every Tuesday starting July 27 for 10 weeks
Time: 2 classes available: 6pm (the 6pm is FULL) and 7pm- You must sign-up for a class time and attend only that class time throughout the session.
Cost: $125 + gst
