Adult CrossFit Classes
CrossFit Calgary currently offers 30 adult group CrossFit classes a week (schedule). These classes are 1 hour and are coached by a certified CrossFit instructor. Think of it like personal training in a motivational community environment. These 1 hour classes consist of a warm up, exercise instruction, and the Workout of the Day (WOD).
Membership includes unlimited access to any of the scheduled classes as well as to OPEN GYM (Monday to Friday 10:30am - 3:30pm).
Adult:
Drop in: $25/visit (drop-in fees are cash only to expedite registration).
$165/month (includes 12 consecutive month commitment)
$195/month (includes 6 consecutive month commitment)
$225/month (pay as you go)
Student:
Drop in $25/visit (drop-in fees are cash only to expedite registration)
$100/month
*available for FULL TIME students ONLY
*must provide valid student ID card
*only available when you are in an active semester
ALL new members are required to complete a Foundations session. For drop-in participants there is a maximum of three drop-ins allowed before a Foundations session must be completed. The cost of a Foundations is $75 per person for a 60 minute session. Click here for more information regarding what a Foundations session involves.

Intro to CrossFit
This is THE program for those wishing to try CrossFit in a small group environment with a focus on basic movements and fundamentals. All adults of any fitness and experience level are welcome- no prior fitness experience or conditioning is necessary. Trained individuals, fitness instructors, or anyone looking to increase their knowledge of CrossFit will benefit from this program. Attending this program will satisfy the “Foundations Session” requirement we have of all new members attending our regular adult CrossFit classes.
Classes will meet twice a week and will be instructed by a CrossFit certified instructor. The 1 hour classes will consist of a warm-up, technical movement instruction and practice, and a CrossFit workout designed for your ability level which you will do at your own pace.
You will be taught the proper way to do bodyweight movements like the squat, push-up, sit-up and pull-up. In addition you will learn how to safely and effectively add weight to movements with a barbell, dumb bells, kettlebells, medicine balls etc. You will be properly introduced to technical lifts like the shoulder press and push press, back squat, front squat and Olympic lifts including the Clean & Jerk.
The program repeats each month. Although we recommend people that are new to CrossFit take this course it is NOT a requirement in order to start participating in regularly scheduled classes at CrossFit Calgary. A Foundations session is required of all new members and drop-ins (within your first 3 visits). Therefore, you may attend 3 classes as a drop-in and/or member before you must schedule and complete your Foundations. The session is about 60 minutes long and costs $75 + gst. It is a private one-on-one session and can be scheduled at your convenience. Please email admin@crossfitcalgary.ca to schedule your Foundations.
PLEASE NOTE - The Intro to CrossFit program also fulfills the Foundation requirement.

CrossFit Calgary Outdoors - Spring/Summer

Every Spring/Summer CrossFit Calgary offers CrossFit classes outdoors at Crescent Heights Park. The program meets once per week and runs for 8 weeks. 2 sessions are offered, a Spring session and a Summer session. As we have been offering this popular program for years, it has a dedicated following so please register early. Cost is $125 + gst.

SUMMER SESSION: Tuesdays (July 17 - Sept 4): 6PM or 7PM
