Amy LaFleche at the Warithang Orphanage in Tibet

In July of 2009, an opportunity for me to travel to an orphanage in Tibet

CalgaryKids stepped up to help me plan CrossFit Kids inspired games for

Through her efforts, CrossFit Calgary and members donated a total of
$200 for the children who, as a result, received new skipping ropes, basketballs,
soccer balls, and dodge balls.
