CrossFit Calgary is very pleased to offer CrossFit Kids Classes! The same broad, and inclusive strength and conditioning program that YOU have come to LOVE (or dread, depending on the WOD) but with scaled load and intensity and a LOT MORE FUN (and games) for your 6-12 year old child(ren)!!
CrossFit Kids is a program that delivers fitness and increased strength to kids at all levels of athleticism while fostering a life long love of working out.

Parents of participating children under the age of 18 will need to fill out and sign the Parent Consent form. Click here for a Parent Consent form.
CFC KIDS CLASS AND TEENS CLASS SCHEDULE
CFC KIDS (6-12 year old) Class Schedule
Mondays 4:00-4:45 pm (unrestricted)
Tuesdays 4:15-5:00 pm
Fridays 4:00–5:00 pm (restricted to 10* -16 year old) *at the discretion of CrossFit Calgary Coaches)
Unlimited Kids membership $60/month
Drop in $15
Fridays 4:00-5:00 pm
Sundays 12:00–1:00 pm
Teen membership 1x/week: $60/month
Teen Membership 2x/week: $85/month
Drop in $20/class with Coach approval
To start we will offer the 2 classes per week. As membership increases we will add more classes. With one class per week the Teen can choose to attend either the Sunday OR the Friday class as their schedule permits.

A 35 minute, parented class that introduces your active preschooler aged 2 1/2 to 5 years to sport, fitness and the basics of CrossFit through jumping, playing, singing and dancing in a fun a very high energy environment. All activities are adapted to meet your child’s needs and abilities.
Bring out your ‘inner child’ and encourage your child’s love of sport and fitness while preparing for progression to CrossFit Kids and other sport programs.
