Announcing our new Opens Prep Club! Starting Saturday, January 31, from 2:00-3:30 we will have an additional club offering for members and non-members. If you intend to enter the CrossFit Opens this club will focus on getting your ready for the 5 weeks of competition. You can access the club with your club pass (10 visit pass is $75 for members and $200 for non-members). The club runs every Saturday until the beginning of Opens and is taught and programmed by Coach Brett. See you there!
